a. Research Promotion Scheme [RPS]:

b.MODROBS : ( Modernization and Removal of Obsolescence)    

c. Industry-Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC)  :      Up to 10 Lakhs        
To establish institute-industry liaison by encouraging consultancy services, industrial R & D, facilitating exchange of resource personnel, conducting industrial training programmes and industrial visits and developing appropriate curricula.

d.Entrepreneurship Development Cell [EDC]: Initial Rs. 4 Lakhs + Rs. 4.00 Lakhs recurring annually
To encourage students to consider self-employment as a career option, provide training in entrepreneurship and increase the relevance of management in the non-corporate and unorganized sectors

e.National Facilities in Engineering and Technology with Industrial Collaboration (NAFETIC) : Up to Rs. 50 Lakhs 
To establish national level facilities in the frontier areas of Engineering and Technology through collaboration between industry(s) and institutions

AICTE provides financial assistance to promote research and development in technical institutions and to enhance industry Institute Interaction under various schemes like

• Industry Institute Partnership Cells (IIPC)       
• Entrepreneurship and Management Development (EMD)  
• National Facilities in Engineering and Technology with Industrial  Collaboration (NAFETIC)     
• Nationally Coordinated Projects (NCP)  in the field of Engineering & Technology through the Bureau of Research & Institutional Development
